Here are answers to some of the most common questions about my sessions and what you can expect.
These sessions are for those who may feel stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or caught in patterns of overthinking. They offer a different way of working with stress and dysregulation by cultivating greater body awareness, presence, and embodiment.
No experience is necessary. Whether you are completely new to this work or already familiar with body based practices, each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

We can discuss what you are looking for, what you are currently experiencing, and what feels most supportive during our consultation. From there, we can determine which offering may be the best fit.
