About
My name is Sharzad Shoraka. I am a yoga teacher, educator, and wellness facilitator whose work is rooted in embodied practices and a deeper relationship with the body.
My path into this work began through my own experiences with intentional cannabis and somatic practices. Through these experiences, I learned how slowing down and listening to the body can foster clarity and insight.
What began as a personal practice led to deeper study and professional training in yoga, cannabis-assisted facilitation, somatic work, and integrative wellness.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 500, a Certified Ganja Yoga Teacher, and a PsychedeLiA Specialty Facilitator.
Today, I offer one-on-one sessions integrating cannabis-assisted somatic exploration, therapeutic touch, breathwork, sound, Hapé, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
My background as an educator has shaped the way I work, bringing curiosity, patience, compassion, and an openness to meeting each person where they are.
My intention is to offer a supportive environment where you can slow down, listen inward, and allow what’s been held to soften and release.
